USE: Topical. Cleanse the skin with warm water and then dry. Evenly massage a moderate layer of gel over the treatment area in a circular and ascending motion until fully absorbed. Next, apply another small quantity of the gel, this time massaging in a vertical motion towards the feet. The results are more noticeable when applied before physical exercise or at night.
